A 12-page Scoop is the first edition produced by a volunteer staff and put in the mail on Friday, October 31. The relationship with the former publisher ended in September. It was decided to publish the newsletter ourselves, with advertising revenues supporting the cost of production and mailing. The new newsletter was printed at Independent Printing in New Port Richey.
