Front Entry Sign

| In the old days the entrance to Crystal Beach was guarded by an arched entry way with signage that suffered complete irreparable damage due to impact with an automobile. Eventually a makeshift replacement was constructed from wood and stucco with a faux brick finish. This version also suffered a collision event from a weyward vehicle crash. The CBCA raised funds to replace the damaged sign with a new one in late 2001 on a much contested and congested small patch of dirt that supports a myriad of utilities including electric, fiber optics, reclaimed water, sewer and potable water supply to the neighborhood. Later plants and lights were added with our own power meter graciously donated by one of our local residents electrical company. Here are few pictures of the newest sign in its construction stage. |
